Catalina 320 - Z - I Dolce Mari Catalina 320 - Z - I Dolce Mari

The Catalina 320 (similar model pictured here) is one of the more popular weekenders in the US, and for good reason: It has a large cockpit, mid-boom sheeting arrangement and the wide Catalina beam that creates lots of cockpit and below decks elbow room. It has a Fin keel which reduces set. The sail plan allows for the boat to sail reasonably well. Due to its beam, it is best to sail the 320 as flat as possible.
